California HOPE for Children Trust Account Program: 2024 Report to the Legislature
The California HOPE Program released its legislatively mandated implementation report, detailing plans to provide trust accounts worth $4,500 to approximately 58,500 foster youth and children who lost caregivers to COVID-19.
